Elizabeth is also a qualified baby massage instructor. Baby Masssage at the Therapy Rooms is a 4 week course designed for you to learn and practice a baby massage routine which will help soothe and relax baby. The course uses traditional indian and swedish massage, reflexology and settling techniques.
The classes are small and friendly to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Classes are informal and fun. They give you a chance to meet other parents, as well as spend special and beneficial time with your baby.
Having a baby is a special and sometimes overwhelming experience. The course aims to help support new parents, help you make new friends and to nurture your baby's needs.
The course welcomes babies from 6 weeks to 6-8 months, you will receive a full instruction booklet, a bottle of baby massage oil and at the end of the course you receive a certificate and a present for your baby.
The cost of the course is £40. Places are limited so we recommend early booking to ensure your place.
